Deciding to launch a fruit company is not easy.
Walk down any supermarket frozen snack aisle and the battle for shelf space is brutal. When you're competing with companies who have millions to spend, you have to take a different approach. Launching the Power of Fruit, we decided to focus on the most obvious - the fruit. For the box, we made the ingredients the star. For the ads, we made the ingredients the star. For the shelf talkers, we made the ingredients the star... You get it. Included in the marketing package to stores, we highlighted the facts about our process and, yes, that's right, our ingredients.
