Price Brothers, a midwest developer with decades of successful projects, invited us to help them launch BluHawk, a 300-acre mixed use project in Johnson County, Kansas. With a deep understanding of cultural trends and today's consumer, their master plan went beyond what was expected as they sought out two key partners - a satellite of the Smithsonian-affiliated Cosmosphere Sci-Ed Space Museum, as well as a world-class civic center to host youth sports, graduation ceremonies, and entertainment events. They asked HIGHLINE to add up the sum of the parts to help communicate the broader story to the public and bring the experience to life.
