Inspired Homes had a rather common challenge: how can we sell a residential community when the homes aren't built yet?
The answer: appeal to consumer emotions by showing the lifestyle of the surrounding community.
Our approach to this lifestyle video stripped away the usual elements: voice over, actors, animations - to let the viewer's imagination take over. By focusing on the sounds and visuals, the viewer is invited to imagine themselves living in the setting we've captured - going for a morning coffee, playing a round of golf or watching the sunset.
This approach plays to the emotion of buying a new home and it's exactly what Inspired Homes needed to communicate why life at New Longview is a great option.
