Rodrock is one of the largest residential development companies in the state of Kansas.

With more than 35,000 families calling Rodrock Development communities home, it's safe to say their impact on people's lives is significant. Owner, Darol Rodrock, once a foster child, has a deep passion for creating a sense of community and giving back to happy families.  

 

When Rodrock Development approached HIGHLINE, they had three new residential communities they needed to share with local builders, residential relators and eventually, potential home buyers. The three communities: Sundance Ridge, Arbor Lake and the Mill at Riverstone were each unique and in varying stages of development. Sundance Ridge and the Mill at Riverstone were in their infancy, with ideas just coming together about shared amenities, while Arbor Lake was partially built.

Our role was visual storytelling. Bringing the Rodrock team's visions to life for the communities through sketches and renderings that would be used as real estate marketing tools. Logos were also developed to start the geo-branding effort, ultimately serving the Rodrock team and Kansas City real estate community.
