Kathryn began her career at VML, one of the most innovative and respected digital agencies in the world - part of the WPP network. On the account side, she helped clients like Honeywell and U.S. Soccer navigate the brave new world of online marketing and oversaw enterprise website design/development efforts. Of her many projects, one of the most purpose-driven was her involvement with TEDxKC, where she worked with a small team to put on annual events for 2,500+ people. The reward was being inspired by the exchange of ideas and being surrounded by a community of innovators. 

After VML, Kathryn moved to the client-side as a Brand Strategist at Dimensional Innovations, a design/build firm, where she managed internal marketing as well as program marketing for clients. At DI, Kathryn worked internally to help the firm re-align marketing efforts and led the redesign of the corporate website. By working on both sides of internal and client marketing, Kathryn understands the seemingly impossible challenge of achieving big goals on tight budgets.

At Highline, Kathryn leads the company and clients through the digital marketing maze, helping them (and the company) develop and deploy the right tactics at the right scale. Organization, laser focus and a grounded approach makes Kathryn a leader on any type of project.
